Omega 861 parts list: the parts people hunt, and what else fits
The calibre 861 is the manual-wind chronograph in the Speedmaster Professional from 1968. Omega lists 148 part numbers for it in its technical guide and the GF 620-4 catalogue. Here are the ones people hunt, with the Speedmaster calibres that share each one, so you know which donor movement can supply it.

What else fits
The 861 was built on the 860, and the 865 in the Chronostop comes from the same family, so a broken 865 or 860 is a parts source for an 861. The 865 parts list shows the same interchange from the Chronostop side. The Flightmaster's 910 and 911 are built on the 860 too.

Source: Omega's Technical Guide for the 861 (G-19-C-030-FDE, rev A, 2004) and the GF 620-4 catalogue sections for the 860 and 865, as transcribed into the Watch Breaker parts database. "Also listed for" means the same part number is printed for that calibre in the Speedmaster family (860, 863 and 865); some 863 entries are carried over from the 861 base. The parts finder shows every calibre a part fits. If you find a mistake, email id@watchbreaker.com and I'll check it against the page.
Not sure it's an 861?
The 861 and the 321 before it look similar at a glance. The 321 has a column wheel and beats at 18,000; the 861 has none and beats at 21,600. The Speedmaster guide shows how to tell them apart, and the calibre lookup covers the rest of the family.
Six photographs and the weight, and I put it in writing: calibre confirmed against its factory sheet, case checked against Omega's own case data, serial dated, dial judged, three honest values. Within a day. US$75, and nothing to pay until I confirm the photos can answer it.
Questions people ask
Do 860 parts fit an 861?
Many do. Of the 148 part numbers Omega lists for the 861, 87 are also listed for the 860, including most of the chronograph works, the balance and the escapement. Match the part number, not the calibre name; the parts finder shows every calibre a part number fits.
Are 863 parts the same as 861 parts?
Mostly. The 863 is a decorated 861, and 107 of the 861's 148 part numbers are also listed for it. The differences are finish: plates and bridges come in pink and yellow versions, marked by the suffix on the part number.
What does the J on an Omega part number mean?
On the 861 list it marks the yellow-finished version of a plate or bridge, such as 861.1000J against the pink 861.1000R. The part is the same shape; the finish is different, and a mixed movement will show it.
Where can I buy Omega 861 parts?
Swatch Group stopped supplying spare parts to independent wholesalers at the end of 2015, so most 861 parts now come from used stock and donor movements. The parts people hunt are listed on this page with live eBay searches, and the parts finder shows which donor movements share any part.
